A six-storey apartment building on pilotis, with two vertical stacks of curved balconies either side of a timber-clad central core. Glass balustrades keep the views open, while linear LED lighting follows the edge of every slab and gives the building its night-time form. At street level, planted grounds and a lit entrance.
