Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email, phone (if you give it), what you're interested in and your message.

To protect the form from bulk messages, your IP address is held in the server's memory for a few minutes and is not stored.

To reply to your message and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

We don't sell or rent your details, or use them for advertising.

Vercel Inc. hosts the website and Resend delivers the form's message to our inbox, which is held by our email provider. Where data leaves the European Union, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

For as long as our conversation needs, and no longer than 24 months. If we work together, the project records are kept for as long as the law requires.

We count visits and measure how fast pages load with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. The data is aggregated, uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict or object to their processing, or to receive them in a portable form. Email info@bkdomi.gr and we'll reply within a month.

You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
